- The Donation Model: Every contribution of Rs 1,500 is specifically designated for the “Anupam Prayaas Storybook Kit.” Each kit consists of 30 beautifully illustrated storybooks based on the real-life experiences of autistic individuals.
- Distribution Policy: Anupam Prayaas Foundation identifies and partners with schools to place these kits in their school libraries. We reserve the right to allocate the number of kits to a specific school based on its student strength to ensure maximum impact and accessibility.
- No Commercial Sale: The storybook kits are educational resources intended for public/school library use. Donations do not constitute a “purchase” of goods for personal use or resale.
- Tax Benefits: Donors are eligible for tax tax-exemption under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act. A valid PAN is required to issue the 80G certificate. The certificate will be sent to the registered email address provided during the donation process.
- Use of Funds: While we strive to fulfill the specific project mentioned, Anupam Prayaas Foundation retains the flexibility to use funds in other related areas of empathy-building and inclusion if a particular project is overfunded or our other projects need immediate funding.
- Intellectual Property: All content on this website, including the illustrations and stories within the kits, is the intellectual property of Anupam Prayaas Foundation. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
- Liability: The foundation strives to ensure all kits reach school libraries promptly; however, we are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics or printing schedules.
