We are happy to share the May 2026 edition of Talking Fingers Magazine – a special issue that also marks two years of this journey. This edition is designed by Anudeep Kandula and compiled by Tarun Verma
What began as a small, hopeful step has grown into a space filled with voices that speak in many ways – through words, art, and AAC – each one adding depth, meaning, and connection. Over these two years, it is these voices that have shaped Talking Fingers Magazine into what it is today.
This month, as we celebrate Mother’s Day, the edition brings together deeply personal reflections on the bond between AAC users and their mothers and mother figures – relationships that are not always defined by words, but by patience, trust, and a quiet, evolving understanding.
There is something powerful about these connections – the way love finds its way through gestures, pauses, typed words, and shared moments. They remind us that communication is not limited to speech, and that understanding can grow in the most meaningful ways.
Thank you for being part of this journey – for every voice shared, and every moment of listening.
We invite you to read, connect, and celebrate this edition with us – two years of Talking Fingers Magazine, and many more stories to come.
