We are delighted to see the amazing response to our interview series wherein we introduce you to the stars of our storybooks who shared their lived experience with us. In today’s interview, we meet – Shiva Sanjith, who is featured in two storybooks – Rishi’s silent friendship and Rishi’s second home!
Q) Please introduce yourself to our readers
Ans. I am Sanjith from Hyderabad. I am a poet and writer. I am also one of the compilers of Talking Fingers magazine. I was one of co-authors of Talking Fingers.
Q) Would you like to share your hobbies and interests with us
Hobbies are watching TV and stimming. I also like to do crafts with mirrors.
Recently I started PIXELLACIOUS on my iPad. It is color by number and I find it
relaxing.
Q) Please share your thoughts about the books that feature you and the incidents shared in them..
Ans. I think the family that invited me with open arms deserves its recognition. I am
lucky to have caring neighbors.
Q) How did it feel to see your lived experiences in an illustrated book?
Ans. It feels great to have lived with lovely neighbors and to have books around
those memories.
Q) Please share your thoughts on inclusion and how we can work towards a better tomorrow..
Ans. We need more such inviting families; a place we can call our SECOND HOME.
