- Nature of Contribution: All payments made through this portal are voluntary donations and are non-refundable once processed.
- Duplicate/Technical Errors: In the event of a technical glitch leading to a duplicate transaction or an incorrect amount being debited, we are happy to assist. Please notify us within 7 days of the transaction date.
