Embracing the Human Spectrum Ep. 3 – Meet Mr. Navneet Kulkarni

Our latest Embracing the Human Spectrum interview features Mr. Navneet Kulkarni, a non-speaking autistic whose journey shows that expression comes in many forms, and every voice – spoken or unspoken deserves to be heard. Through his words, we are reminded that true connection goes beyond speech and into the heart.

This series by Anupam Prayaas Foundation creates a safe, ND-friendly space where neurodivergent individuals can share their experiences in their own way – choosing the questions, recording in their own time, and speaking without performance pressure.

If you are an Indian neurodivergent individual and would like to be featured, we’d love to hear from you. Your story can inspire understanding, respect, and inclusion.

As we share this on India’s Independence Day, we are reminded that true freedom is more than a historic milestone, it is the everyday right to be seen, heard, and respected. For every individual, independence means the ability to express oneself, to live without barriers, and to be accepted exactly as they are. Today, we celebrate not only our nation’s journey, but also the personal freedoms that make inclusion and dignity possible for all. May this day inspire us to keep building a world where everyone is cherished.

Wishing you all a heartfelt Happy Independence Day, may the tricolour always inspire us 🇮🇳
